basic photography training #1
I started following a basic photography training at a photography school located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.
The training is one evening every week and takes about three hours for the next three months.
The lessons alternate, with one week a photography lesson and the next about Photoshop.
Each photography lesson is about a theme/chapter and we get two weeks to make homework and need to present it during the next photography lesson.
First lesson: aperture and shutter speed.
Locations: Theme park Efteling and Hasselt Kappel ( a chapel)
Long shutter speed to show motion.
Showing the speed of the object by following the movement of the object with the camera.
Called panning photography.
“Freezing” an object with short shutterspeed.
Photo with a narrow aperture (a high number).
A small part of the photo is in focus.
Photo with a wide aperture (a low number).
A big part of the photo is in focus.
